Eguavoen represented Nigeria at the FIFA Technical Director’s Seminar held in Cairo, Egypt.

The 56-year-old tactician took to social media to announce his arrival for the seminar a few days ago.

Along with the post was a message that said, "Touchdown Cairo, FIFA Technical Director’s Seminar."

After three days of brainstorming, Eguavoen is set to return to the country with new knowledge to help Nigerian football.

Eguavoen announced his departure from Egypt through a statement on his official Instagram account.

The statement said, "Brilliant three days with other Technical Directors around the world at the 𝗙𝗜𝗙𝗔 Technical Directors Seminar in Cairo, Egypt. For the Game. For the World."

Eguavoen is now expected to return to help the Super Eagles after they suffered two defeats in the United States of America (USA) to the Eli Tri of Mexico and Ecuador.
