Bulgarian karting talent Aleksandar Vanchev is set to make his British Formula 4 debut this weekend at the season finale at Brands Hatch.
Based and racing in Miami, Alex has enjoyed remarkable success in American karting. In 2025, he clinched titles across four major championships: the SKUSA Winter Series, ROK Cup USA Florida Winter Tour, US Pro Kart Series, and the SKUSA Pro Tour.
Vanchev will line up for Chris Dittmann Racing alongside F1 Academy star Alba Larsen. The outfit currently sits sixth in the teams' standings after securing their first win of the campaign last time out at Silverstone.
Vanchev follows in the footsteps of fellow Bulgarian racers in British F4, including Georgi Dimitrov, who claimed his first wins in 2022, and Lyuboslav Ruykov, who made his debut at Zandvoort in round five this season, securing a rookie podium.
