Hip Hop socialite, baby bump hit the streets of Beverly Hills

The fashion designer was spotted out in Beverly Hills on her way to a doctor's appointment with her baby bump on full display.

28-year-old Simmons was pictured rocking workout outfit made up of a sports bra, leggings, trainers and an orange sweater over it all, leaving her growing bump bare.

Simmons who is the daughter of Hip Hop legend, Reverend Run, is engaged to Sutton Sean Tennyson, who has been her mystery man until recently.

The pair are no longer hiding anything and Simmons reveals that they are overjoyed to be expecting their first child together.
