The former CDS is facing charges ‎of‎ criminal breach of trust and corruption to the tune of N3.9 billion.

Badeh was subsequently sent to prisonby presiding judge, Justice Okon Abang after his bail application was refused.

The judge said further that the application will be properly heard on March 10, Badeh’s trial will commence on March 14.
