Dr. Pimple Popper's lipoma videos are somewhat polarizing. They don't come with the geyser-like pus explosions of, say, her cyst extractions , but they do account for some of the largest masses Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pulls out of her patient's bodies. ( Remember this giant shoulder lipoma? )

A lipoma is a noncancerous fatty growth that forms between the skin and muscle, according to the Mayo Clinic ; the lump will feel "doughy," and "moves readily with slight finger pressure." Experts don't know exactly why lipomas occur, but there may be a genetic component at play.
