Torino eye permanent deal for Ola Aina

The Super Eagles defender has produced impressive performances for Walter Mazzari’s men since he joined.

The 22-year-old Aina joined Torino on loan from and is expected to return to Stamford Bridge after a year.

Aina has become a regular in the starting line up since his move in August and the Italian Club are keen to make his loan move permanent.

The young defender has been utilised at wing back on either flank an has also shown that he has the capacity to do a good job if included in the back three.

According to a report by Italian media outlet , Torino wants to make Aina’s deal permanent during the January transfer window.

The report states that there is a €10m purchase option included in Aina’s move to Torino which they want to activate.

Aina signed a contract extension for three years before he moved to Torino and could have a future at Stamford Bridge as an option for regular right-back Caesar Azpilecueta.

Premier League giants Chelsea are keeping tabs on Aina’s development at Torino as he is expected to return to action when they take on Parma in their next Serie A fixture scheduled for Saturday, November 10.
