Windows slide at the Microsoft's New York event

Microsoft just announced a bunch of new devices at its launch event in New York and it has also added some numbers.

According to the tech giant, more than 110 million devices are already running Windows 10, proving that the company’s latest OS is indeed doing very well.

Microsoft expects that Windows 10 will be on over 1 billion devices within the next two to three years, and if its current numbers are anything to go by, it doesn’t seem like it will have any problem reaching that number.

Microsoft’s Terry Myerson also shared some numbers on Microsoft’s new Edge browser stating that 650 billion pages have been viewed using the browser with users streaming about 120 years’ worth of gameplay from Xbox to Windows 10 machines.

The company also says it has had over 1 billion visits to the Windows Store from Windows 10 devices since the operating system was released on July 29.

Microsoft’s virtual assistant, Cortana, has also handled more than a billion queries since launch, rounding up some very impressive numbers for Microsoft.
