Inherently, business plans have to be strategic. You start from one point in the present with certain resources and abilities and try to get to another point in the future where your business has different resources and abilities and is also more profitable with more assets.

Your business plan is your blueprint for accomplishing this. It shows how you intend to get from A to B. That’s why it is a very important document and one you shouldn’t take likely when crafting.
