The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Edo has revealed a reduction in the number of deaths from crashes.

Edo State

Today, the Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Edo, Mr Oluwasusi Familoni, announced that the number of deaths resulting from Road Traffic Crashes (RTC) has reduced from 15 in July to 7 in August.

He added that the number of persons injured has also reduced from 62 to 53 during the same period.

"There was a significant reduction in the number of casualties resulting from auto crashes in the month of August. We were able to identify some locations where accidents are likely to happen and took some preventive measures.
