Haven Homes is launching a new luxury brand, Maisonette homes, within its Richmond Gate Estate.

The real estate firm has released a statement concerning luxurious four-bedroom homes,
“It is amazing how the new home range blends perfectly into which is a fully serviced estate that boasts of ultra-modern facilities.”

Facilities include an attractive price range, 24/7 electricity, tight security with dogs and MOPOL Patrols, a clubhouse with a swimming pool, multi-purpose court, fully equipped gym, a minimart, and unisex saloon.
Every unit costs N55m with a 30 percent deposit(₦16.5 million) and the balance to be paid within 20months by monthly installment payments of ₦1, 925,000.
