Actress' 14th anniversary message to hubby is heartwarming & beautiful

Viola Davis and Julius Tennon have now been married for 14 years now!

The supremely-talented actress shares the news with fans through her Instagram page on June 23 2017, with a photo from their renewal ceremony in February 2016 and the following sweet words "My life got sweeter, richer the day I met you. I love you like a big ole dog!!! Happy 14 years my love, my heart."

Viola literally seems to have the sweetest words for Julius all the time. In a 2013 interview with The New York Post, she says "I was the loneliest woman in the world, and someone said, ‘You should just pray for a husband.’

“I said I wanted a big black man from the South who looked like a football player, who already had children, who maybe had been married before.

Three and a half weeks later, I met my husband.”

And just this past February, while accepting her Best Supporting Actress Oscar, she says of Julius and their daughter;

"To my husband and my daughter, my heart, Genesis. You teach me every day how to live, how to love.

I am so glad that you are the foundation of my life."

Genesis is the couple's 2011-adopted daughter. They have two more, a son and a daughter from Tennon’s previous relationship.
