The collection, shown first at the 2015 Heineken Lagos Fashion & Design Week features timeless pieces in custom geometric jacquard, silk organza and more in bold colours including teal, black and white dominating the collection.

“This season, I explored the idea of graphic and geometric shapes through an African lens. Using the Adinkra Symbol, “KINTINKANTAN” which means PUFFED UP EXTRAVAGANCE as the focal point of the collection, allowed me to lavish the woman in the splendour of Demi-Couture.

“Adinkra cloths” were traditionally worn only by royalty, translating this element into wearerbility for today’s woman was important during the development of the collection. Collaborating with our Italian fabric weavers, we created custom geometric jacquard, double face twill jacquard with silk organza, silk/wool and pantent leather. Transformation, extravagance, and elegance personifies the inspirations behind the collection.“ The creative director of the brand revealed the inspiration behind the collection via the brand's Instagram.
