The Brunch holds on Thursday, the 21st of February, 2019 at the AyoVanElmar Fashion Café, Oriental Hotel, Lagos.
The Brunch, which was created in July 2017 for fashion industry practitioners to network, interact and discover various business opportunities within and beyond the fashion industry, holds on Thursday, the 21st of February, 2019 at the AyoVanElmar Fashion Café, Oriental Hotel, Lagos.
Proper financial management and knowledge is a must-have for every fashion entrepreneur, and this edition of Jowys Fashion Brunch, will be focusing on that with the theme “Money Management”, headlined by top Nollywood actor, Ufuoma McDermott who will be sharing her finance experience and knowledge.
Jowy’s Fashion Consulting [The Brunch Organizers] is passionate about improving productivity in the various arms of the fashion industry, and speaking about the Brunch, its curator and CEO of Jowy’s Fashion Consulting, Joan Gbefwi, says “... when we created the Brunch in 2017, we were honestly just looking for ways to improve brand value and broad spectrum productivity in the fashion industry... and because we wanted it to be professional yet practical and fun, we thought, why not make it a brunch!”
Further speaking on collaborations to make the brunch a success, Gbefwi explains “... at every edition of the Brunch, we’ve partnered with organizations to make it possible and well-rounded, and this time, we will be working with Zaron, Pule.ng, Spice TV, 360 Nobs, AyoVanElmar and Cintron, to mention a few. These collaborations and partnerships are really helpful, because together we can better improve value and productivity in the fashion industry.”
The brunch, which is open to professional fashion entrepreneurs across the value chain of the fashion industry, kicked off in July 2017 with a memorable event and has since held successfully every quarter, with upcoming fashion entrepreneurs and established names like Ade Bakare, Moriam Musa of Morsi PR, and Valeria of Vallisimo in attendance. Participants are expected to connect, interact and learn more about strategies to grow their businesses in a fun and exciting environment.
