From the producers of the brilliant psychotic play 'Mistress of Wholesome' amongst other amazing productions, the famous book 'London Life, Lagos Living' has been taken to stage in an exciting adaptation.

This time around,they are putting the 'Single in Gidi' blog on stage and the blog-turned-stageplay promises to be nothing short of exciting!

If you stay in the colorful city of Lagos [nicknamed ‘GIDI’] or have had a taste of it, you would agree that Lagos is more than just a location, it is a lifestyle, and this lifestyle is expressed in this unique theatrical piece covering topics of dating, relationships and love, just like the blog it is created after.

Single in Gidi, the blog, was created by Sheila Ojei, a connoisseur of the arts, singer, saxophonist, poet, content developer and scriptwriter. The blog is a place to talk about all things stomach butterflies, heartache, confusion and the joys of romance in the chaotic city of Lagos.

Get ready to be wowed.

Showing at Terra Kulture, every Sunday this June, ‘Single in Gidi’ is produced by Lydia Idakula Sobogun, directed by Kenneth Uphopho, the amazing director of Saro the Musical and features a stellar cast including Omoye Uzamere, Leelee Byoma Meg Otanwa, Austine Onuoha, Timi Charles-Fadipe and the guitar strings of Tosin Oguntayo.
