Kenyan man ties wife, forces son to have sex with her

A Kenyan man has been remanded in protective custody after a crowd wanted him killed for forcing his son to have sex with his mother.

The pastor has been held by the police as investigation goes on into the matter.

SDE Kenya reports that Motiso was accused of committing the offense on June 1, 2017, at Bonyagatanyi sub-location in Kisii County after he reportedly stripped his wife naked before his children, tied her with a chain on both legs, hands, and neck, before forcing their son to have sex with her.

When the charges were read to Motiso in the courtroom that was packed by residents who were visibly braying for blood, he denied the charges and the Magistrate said he would not be granted bail because the public could attack him.

He was, therefore, ordered to be remanded at the Kisii Prison until June 20 when the case will be mentioned while the hearing of the case is set for July 13, 2017, for his own safety.

It was gathered that the case was the first of its kind in that country where a father would force his child to sleep with own mother, leading for people to urge the Magistrate to hand over the suspect to them so the could deal with him.
