Police superintendent found murdered in car

The policeman was found dead and handcuffed in his vehicle a day after he was kidnapped by unknown men.

He was reported dead following an earlier kidnapping on Sunday, December 18, 2016.

According to the Daily Post News, Taiwo was at a liquor parlour close to the Ologede Police Station when he was taken away by some unknown men.

The deceased was discovered dead the next day with his hands handcuffed in his car.

Alberto Adeyemi, the Police Public Relations Officer of the state confirmed the incident in a telephone conversation with the Daily Post News.

He observed that the force has commenced investigation into his murder.
