An actress, singer, film producer and director, George had her acting debut in the movie "Thorns of Rose" and a 1997 soap opera titled "Winds of Destiny".

A graduate of the University of Lagos, Shan George was born in Ediba, a town in Abi local government area of Cross River State, Nigeria to a Nigerian mum and a British dad.

Also a musician, she released her debut debut studio album "Dance" in 2010.
