According to Peter Okoye, his decision to go on as a solo artist appears to be working in his favour.

Peter Okoye says his decision to become a solo artist is the best thing that has happened to him.
The former member of the defunct group, Psquare had taken to his Twitter page on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, where he tweeted about aging backward since becoming a solo artist.
"By the way! Did y'all notice since I went solo and became Mr P I started aging backward...its called PEACE OF MIND and drinking more water and minding my business. Can you beat that? More of it biko. Mr P still trending on Twitter," he wrote.
He however, took down the post a few minutes after. Paul and Peter Okoye were Nigeria's biggest musical group up until they had the famous fight and went their separate ways. However, that split didn't transition easily as they called each other out for months.
In a recent interview, Peter Okoye revealed that he was still not in talking terms with his elder brother, Jude.

The music star and former member of the defunct group, Psquare, made this known during an interview with Cool FM's Dotun on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. According to him, they aren't in talking terms and he isn't going to be beating around the bush about it.
"I'm always going to wish him the best of his life...like me I don't have any problem with anybody but if they really have any problem with me, its fine, I'm living my life," he said. When asked if they talk now, he responded by saying they don't.
The Okoye brothers have been at war with each other since 2017 and it is safe to say it has been one of the biggest celebrity fights recorded in the Nigerian music industry.
