Nigeria's sleek music mogul, baby boy, Ubi Franklin

Our man crush for this beautiful Monday is the music mogul, Ubi Franklin.

Ubi Ekapong Ofem also known as Ubi Franklin was born on February 2, 1984, in Cross River state. His father was a high court judge. He is the eleventh child of fifteen children. He had a very humble upbringing from a middle-class family.

Ubi attended both primary and secondary schools in Calabar before proceeding to Madonna University for his got a degree in Law. After his university education, Ubi became an assistant to Julius Agwu before moving on to work with AY Makun.

Ubi Franklin's sojourn to the music world began when he became manager to Iyanya. Like we all know the story already, by 2014 after the release of Iyanya's monstrous hit 'Kukere' Ubi became a not just an artist manager but a force to reckon with in the entertainment industry.

He went on to sign other artists to his record label, Made Men Music, like Selebobo, Emma Nyra, and Tekno. We can say this record label has been able to stand tall among companies that have been able to grow from strength to strength.

Just like every ambitious businessman, Ubi didn't just depend on the record label for his income as he went to form other companies which are helping start-up companies grow in the country. In 2017, Ubi established Instant Pick Up and Instant Apartments which deals with laundries and serviced apartments respectively.

In 2015, Ubi Franklin got married to Lilian Esoro in a star-studded wedding ceremony that took place in Lagos. Their marriage is blessed with a son, Jayden. Even though the couple is separated at the moment, they are still cool with each other.

So, ladies, Ubi Franklin is officially on the market and the baby boy will definitely be needing a slay queen by his side, it's 2018 ladies, slide into his DM and sell your market and you just might be the next MRS FRANKLIN!!!.
