Star blasts Lamar Odom in fresh Twitter rant

while trying to defend herself in a Twitter rant with fans, Khloe reminded them Lamar Odom is that husband who broke their marital vows... so she has the right to go through with their divorce once he's well.

Khloe Kardashian is at it again and she's hitting hard at her soon-to-be ex-husband, Lamar Odom who is still hospitalized after an alleged drug overdose last month.

The reality star took to Twitter Thursday, November 19 ranting over a nasty tweet by a fan concerning her relationship with James Harden while Lamar still languishes on a hospital bed. Apparently, she tweeted about Harden's game from the court, when fans thought she was to be by Lamar's side.
