In the testimony, shared on Facebook by the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), a woman praises God for removing the scary illness from the body.

The lady simply referred to as Sister Folashade narrates her testimony starting from when she discovered a cancerous lump in 2014.

In her words, "I give glory to the God of our daddy Adeboye for healing me from cancer. I just wanted to share this testimony because God is good and deserves to be praised and adored. I am a cancer survivor. In 2014 I discovered a cancerous lump in my breast, I underwent chemotherapy, radiotherapy and I had surgery to remove it. And with prayers and support of my family, it was successful and clear."

Sadly she had a relapse this year which was where the God of Daddy Adeboye comes in. Her story changed after the popular preacher prayed for her over the phone.

She narrates: "Early this year 2018, I had a relapse, I was diagnosed of metastatic cancer which means that cancer has spread all over my body and the doctors have speculated only 2weeks for me to live. I was at the point of death. My brother flew from Nigeria with the anointed handkerchiefs and oil daddy prayed on.

"He also connected me to daddy on the phone, he prayed a simple prayer and said God that did it before will do it again.. My brother applied all the anointed materials on me. All glory to God, all treatments went well and I'm now cancer free. God of our daddy Adeboye turn the reports of the doctors to testimony. Let someone shout hallelujah."

Powerful miracles in Pastor Adeboye's church

This is not the first time an incredible testimony has been attributed to the God of the RCCG G.O.

In April 2018, Pastor Timothy Owoade of RCCG revealed how his wife was raised from the dead with an anointed cloth from his overseer.

According to the Premium Times News report, "One morning, last month, a pastor, Timothy Owoade, woke up early to pray with his wife in the bedroom before joining their children for the larger family prayers. He recalled that as he prayed there was no response from his wife - not even the usual 'Amen.' Surprised, he tapped her and asked if she was okay, but there was no response. He quickly examined her and noticed she was dead.

"He raised alarm which attracted the children and neighbors. As they were taking her to the hospital, he remembered the clothes he wore to the March Holy Ghost Service, rushed for them to wrap around the corpse. Amid shouts of praise, he said his wife came back to life before they got to the hospital, where she was certified okay."

Pastor Adeboye himself has testified about the God he serves. During the 2017 Holy Ghost Congress, he revealed how a question from God led to the first Holy Ghost service.

Recounting the story of how he was asked to pick a birthday gift, he said, "I was in London preparing the Sunday school booklet for the mission when I heard from God. He said, 'Son, what do you want for your birthday?' I was shocked. The reason I was shocked was that: I didn't know God would be interested in my birthday., And secondly, I didn't know He could be asking me for about what I wanted as a present.

"So I said, 'Lord if that is you, please repeat the question.' He assured me it was Him and asked again what I wanted as a birthday present. I replied, 'What I want is that all my members will get miracles.' He asked, 'Is that's all?' I replied: 'That's all I want.' Then He said, 'In that case when you get home, call them together and I will give them whatever they ask for.' I needed to call the service a name, so I asked Him. And He said: 'Holy Ghost Service.'

After the first successful service in 1986,  the church started holding a Holy Ghost service every month, followed by a congress to wrap up each year.
