Olamide announces title of 6th studio album, “The Glory”.

The album is to be released on the day of his Olamide Live In Concert (OLIC) 3 tagged Beast Mode III.

“The Glory” follows his “Eyan Mayweather” album released 2015. The rapper has shown consistency dropping an album every year since his debut album “Rapsodi” released in 2011.

PhynoFest  2016

The show held in Enugu had support performances from CDQ, Mr Eazi, Psquare and more. The indigenous rapper got to play all songs from his latest album “The Playmaker”.

Harrysong  quits Five Star Music, floats own label

The 'Reggae blues' singer has left Five Star Music, a label he signed on to in 2007. He is now associated with a label Alter Plate, believed to be his own floated imprint. The release of the teaser video for his latest tune ‘Bacana’ showcases the label imprint logo.

D’banj, Mr Eazi release new music,  Davido drops new video

OBO Baddest Davido released  the video for ‘Coolest kid in Africa’ featuring South African rapper Nasty C, off his “Son of Mercy” EP.

Rave singer Mr Eazi also dropped a thankful number titled 'Thankful' while  D'banj goes in with a Fela inspired song titled 'Focus'.

Falz, and actress Adesua Etomi unveiled as hosts for the Headies 2016
