Expectations fans have for singer’s return concert

The fans are already excited, both those that attended and those who missed the 2016 edition of Asa Live in Lagos concert whose success was well raved about by many.

Asa is expected to hold down the stage with utmost confidence at her symbolic “Asa Live In Lagos Encore” concert holding on Saturday April 29, 2017.

The event which marks 10 years of her music career since she dropped her self-titled debut album “Asa” in 2007 will go down live at the Eko Convention Centre, Lagos.

Given the experience of her 2016 “Asa Live In Lagos” concert, music enthusiasts and fans of Asa can expect elements of pleasant surprises.

Collaborations just like that she pulled with Cobhams should be expected with another performing act. An acapella cover performance of a popular trending song of say maybe an Ed Sheeran’s ‘Shape of you’, would not be far-fetched given her rendition of Beyonce’s Halo alongside Cobhams Asuquo.

A crop of talented Nigerian musician acts like we saw with Bez, Kaline, Falana and Isaac Geralds, opening up for Asa at the 2016 edition should be looked out for at the Encore edition.

You should definitely expect an orgasmic feel of amazing musical rendition from Asa’s band and the 30-piece Lagos orchestra joining the announced  headliner lineup

Expect Asa to be soaked in and thrilled all the way with the stage craft of the ‘Bibanke’ singer; her low-tempo, mid-tempo and up-tempo fan favorite songs should be on the menu.

Also, the show won’t be complete without some entertaining dance steps from Asa like those she pulled off at her last Lagos show. It would be interesting to see her newly adopted or personally crafted dance steps based on pop-culture.

We’re sure a number of fans would also be expecting spanking new music from the legendary Soul R&B singer.
