The rapper’s sister, Brandy, sang through the couple’s first dance.

The couple who appeared on the Love & Hip Hop series had been together for over a year  before Ray popped the ‘would you marry me’ question on the tarmac of an airport in front of a private jet.

Love had no idea her family and close friends were inside the plane.

In an interview with OK! magazine, Ray J stated that Love had no idea he was going to propose.

"It was all a surprise, she had no idea,"

"We were going to Arizona; I got the private jet and called her best friends and parents to come out the day after Christmas, and they hid on the plane...I pulled out the ring, and I started crying."
