Fans knew they were in for a treat when the preview for last night's episode of Survivor dropped last week, as the trailer promised two tribal councils in the space of one hour. Viewers surely weren't disappointed when the episode started pretty much immediately with an immunity challenge, which Aurora won. The plotting started soon after that, and it turned into a showdown between Wardog and David. David ended up getting voted out with eight votes against him, and he chose to go to Extinction Island for a chance to re-enter the game.

At Extinction Island, David was able to get his hands on an advantage, which he used to help Rick in the episode's second immunity challenge. Rick won the challenge, and it seemed like everyone was going to vote out Aurora. However, Wardog had a different idea-he wanted to blindside Kelley Wentworth, his closest ally in the game. It didn't seem like the plan was going to work, because 1. everyone was pretty set on Aurora, and 2. Wentworth had an idol.

But in the end, Aurora, Rick, Ron, Victoria, Wardog banded together to vote out Wentworth, who had no idea the blindside was coming, so she didn't use her idol. Wentworth is a fan-favorite and she was a top five choice to win the game, so let's just say that fans were not happy about her departure. Additionally, no returning players are left in the game.
