The kiwi and banana smoothie is simply a blend of these two fruits – health and easy to make. Bananas are a great source of vitamins, minerals and fibre. Kiwifruit is rich in vitamin c and is also a source of vitamin K and E.
The sort of smoothie is best drank at the start of your day or after an intense workout.
Here’s how to make this healthy recipe:

Preparation time: 10 minutes
What you need:
- 3 kiwi fruit
- 3 bananas
- ½ a cup of low-fat or Greek yogurt
Directions:
- Peel kiwis and cut into small pieces.
- Cut bananas into small pieces.
- Add chopped fruit into blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Add your yogurt. Blend until smooth.
- Garnish glass with kiwi slice.

If mixture is too thick for you, you can add in some water. Also if you would like it cooler, add some ice when blending ingredients together.
