Then give the Vanilla Vodka Sour a shot. Mixing vodka, vanilla syrup, egg white and lemon juice, you'll never view vodka the same way after sampling this cocktail!

What you need:

• Ice cubes
• 4 measures vanilla vodka
• 1 measure sugar syrup
• 2 egg whites
• 3 measures lemon juice
• 10 drops Angostura bitters to decorate

•  Put 8–10 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, sugar syrup, egg whites, and lemon juice and shake until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker.
•  Pour, without straining, into 2 glasses and shake the Angostura bitters on top to decorate.
