9 Year Old Girl Kills Shooting Instructor

A routine shooting lesson turned fatal when a young girl mistakenly killed her instructor.

39-year-old Charles Vacca was teaching the girl how to use an Uzi rifle when she accidentally shot him in the head.

The lesson was reportedly going fine until the gun was set to the “fully automatic” mode.

The weapon then recoiled, went over the child’s head and discharged a bullet killing the teacher.

The victim was taken to the Las Vegas' University Medical Centre in an attempt to save his life but he succumbed to his injuries and died.
