Watch Meredith attacked in new promo

A new clip features the recently widowed Meredith Grey attacked by one of her patients.

The clip also features Penny calling for help as everyone gathered to save her life, and then there's this moment featuring Alex planting a kiss on Mer’s forehead.

Speaking to EW on the upcoming episode which was directed by undefinedKelly McCreary, who plays Meredith's half-sister Maggie said;

“It is as terrifying and as shocking as you would expect for it to be. Get ready to have your guts feel like they’re coming out of you, because it is truly harrowing.”

Grey's Anatomy' returns for a new episode on February 11, 2016.
