Media personality speaks on pressure to marry from African parents

Rhythm 93.7 on-air-personality Toke Makinwa has released the latest video post from her weekly vlog Toke Moments.

The vlog also touches on the funny and silly things African parents do when their daughters don’t marry early such as dragging them to church, and wedding ceremonies.

Toke Makinwa married at the age to Maje Ayida who she had been dating for 8 years on January 15, 2014.

The media celebrity has had troubled times in her marriage as of recent. A few months ago it was reported that her husband had allegedly impregnated his mistress.

There are no indications as of yet that Toke Makinwa is back with her estranged husband, even though there are whispers that she has patched things up with Maje Ayida.
