According to E!, Their divorce document states that the a-list couple have been separated since May 22, 2016.

Johnny is not granting her wish, he has filed his response through his lawyer, Laura Wasser. He is asking the judge to reject Amber's claim for spousal support.

Amber heard and Johnny Depp got married in February 2015, on the actor's own private island in the Bahamas.
