Ex-Ivory Coast Interntaional Didier Drogba has teamed up with Zinedine Zidane and Ronaldo to fight the deadly Ebola Virus which has ravaged some parts of Africa in the past months.
The Chelsea striker is joining the annual UNDP Match Against Poverty charity bonanza which is organised by ex-French international Zidane.
The former Ballon d'Or winner is currently assembling a stellar line-up of high profile football names including Drogba and Ronaldo.
Cafu, Clarence Seedorf, Edwin van der Sar and Youri Djorkaeff are some of the names that have taken part in the previous editions.
Didier Drogba took to his Twitter account to reveal his excitement in joining other football greats in raising funds to fight Ebola which has wrecked havoc in some parts of Africa.
"Honoured to join the Match Against Poverty #MAP2015 & support the #EbolaResponse," the Ivory Coast legend tweeted.
The Match Against Poverty is due to take place at Saint-Etienne's Stade Geoffroy-Guichard on Monday April 20.
