Andy Murray is set to undergo a scan on a shoulder injury sustained in his Mubadala World Tennis Championship semi-final win.

The world number six defeated Rafael Nadal 6-2 6-0 to reach Saturday's final against Novak Djokovic, but the showpiece was cancelled after the Serb was laid low by illness.

Murray revealed after being gifted the title that he was suffering with a shoulder problem in his last-four match.
And the Scot is poised to seek medical advice, with the start of the Australian Open just over two weeks away.
"I'm going to have an ultrasound scan to check and see if there's anything there or not then I'll see what happens after that," he said.
"It's pretty sore."
