Biographies are way more than just a written documentation of a human’s achievement, or a non-fictional work celebrating the works of a man and the landmarks of his life’s struggle. It’s way more than that. It’s like journeying to the core of a person’s existence, and taking a dive into the working of his/her soul. It is a bible of achievements, and sometimes, a memoir of a legacy.
Great men and icons over the years have by means of a biography edified, inspired, provoked, entertained and bored the masses, but never have they not informed.
Abraham Lincoln has one, Bill Clinton does too, Nelson Mandela, Desmond Tutu, Richard Pryor, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Cristiano Ronaldo, Andre Pirlo, the list goes on. They all, greats in their endeavours all have biographies.
, one of Africa’s comedy greats recently launched his, and now one of his partners-in-laugh is well on his way to craft one for himself. His name is Ayo Makun aka AY. He’s aptly titled it, “AY’s Diary: Just Laugh” so our take is that it will be riddled with not a little laughter and insightful gossip.
