According to our readers, the amount of time does not really matter when dealing with heartbreak.

And after which period would it be cool and acceptable to move on from a relationship and partner that ended in a disastrous fashion?
In our April 2017 article published here, we ask readers when the best time should be for a heartbroken man or woman to start seeing someone new, and the answers are here.
A little percentage [4.1%] say you don't have to wait up to three months after the heartbreak, and the same percentage voted that it's best to wait more than three months before seeing someone else.
32.9% say that you are free to fall in love again as soon as someone new comes along.
It does not mater if it is after just one month, three months or two years. They believe once someone new declares interest in you and you like them enough, then you can go ahead and get into a relationship with that man or woman.
Last but not the least in any way, 58.9% say that the best time to fall in love after a breakup is whenever you are ready.
This means that, regardless of time or who comes along, you need to move at your own pace. And no matter how intense the pressure is or how much time passes, getting back in love should be on your own terms, and yours alone.
