Ifetayo Emmanuel Daniel is an entrepreneur and the Chief Excecutive Officer (CEO) of Taynadees, a fashion retailing company that delivers the finest of prints mixed with art via e-commerce platform and personalized stores.

He is also a co-founder and director with Veritasi Homes and Properties, a real estate company widely acknowledged for providing customers with upscale and affordable investments in Nigeria. Veritasi Homes is identified with the sale of Star City Estate, as well as other estates in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos. Veritasi Homes and Properties has generated revenue in excess of two billion (2bn) naira in less than three (3) years.

At present, Veritasi Homes also owns Silverton Gardens Phase 1 and Phase 2 in Arepo and Shimawa respectively. These two estates are the fastest selling estates in that axis. Coming on the heels of these, is the soon-to-be-launched Camberwell Estate, an estate with the highest pre-launch subscription in recent history!

He also owns equity with equity with Pineapple Inc, a fast-growing online store that sells designer items for men, gaining real time market share.Ifetayo, who is a graduate of Computer Science from Lagos State Polytechnic, also attended OSC Fashion College, Ikeja, Lagos, south-west Nigeria.

To him, art was more of a calling from his childhood days in school. He honed his skills in drawing, wood work and hand-made craft. These skills played a pivotal role in his quest to become an established and successful entrepreneur. Ifetayo Emmanuel Daniel is very passionate about entrepreneurship. This attribute has made him excel in all his businesses in particular, as well as other facets of life generally.

He has garnered sufficient experience over the years, working on several projects as an entrepreneur to attain the enviable position he now enjoys. He believes in the maxim that “impossible is nothing”. This has been his philosophy and driving force.

Till date, Ifetayo’s comprehensive knowledge and understanding of business development, creative designs, strategy and real estate development as well as excellent relationship building, gives him an edge among his contemporaries.

A fundamental reason for Ifetayo’s outstanding success in business stems from the fact that he identified his purpose early; became passionate about it; could visualize it with a deep sense of clarity with unquenchable determination to keep pushing against all odds. He was, and has been very consistent through and through.
