Court grants Peace Corp commandant N10m bail

The Judge said the court was inclined to grant the bail to the applicant because the alleged offences were not capital in nature.

In his ruling, the trial judge, Justice John Tsoho said the court was inclined to grant the bail to the applicant because the alleged offences were not capital in nature.
