Gospel Touch is an organisation that celebrates the achievement of gospel artists. The achievement celebration of these artists would take place in Central London on September 27 with an awards ceremony. This ceremony is bound to be prestigious in all areas, form the nominations to the chosen entertainment. This is one of the best awards around in terms of quality and awards that they have put together.

One of the awards that they have is the “Life achievement award”, of which Kirk Franklin will be honoured for a great contribution that he has made over the years in the gospel industry. Kirk Franklin is believed to be the right person for this award as he is extremely prominent in his role of being a Gospel artist. Considering the amount of progress that has been made by him since he organised his seventeen voice choir, the family, in 1992 till now that he has become a well known solo artist, it is very clear that the “Life achievement award” is well deserved.

In addition to this, they also have other awards like “The Humanitarian Award”. Christian Aid is an official relief and development agency that works to sustain development and stop poverty, support civil society and provide disaster relief in South America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Christian Aid's essential belief is summed up in the statement "We believe in life before death", often used alongside the Christian Aid logo. Christian Aid states it works where the need is greatest, regardless of religion, nationality or race. For this reason, the humanitarian award only seems befitting.
