The Kenyan shilling was steady against the dollar on Friday, and was seen getting support from dollar inflows from investors interested in buying government bonds, traders said.

At 0919 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 100.75/85 compared with Thursday's close of 100.70/80.
