Wojciech Szczesny has arrived in Italy ahead of his season loan deal signing to Roma from Arsenal.
Szczesny to David Ospina after a string of poor performances and has fallen further down in the pecking order undefinedof veteran Petr Cech.
Wenger however sees the 25-year-old as a long-term goalkeeper for Arsenal and only approved a loan deal for the Polish.
Szczesny was pictured wearing the Roma scarf as arrived at the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport on Monday, July 27.
While on his way to Italy, Szczesny confirmed that he will be joining the Italian giants on loan in a video on his Instagram account.
"Good evening Giallorossi! I am very happy, because I am going to Roma tomorrow. I'll see you soon," he aid in Italian.
