He was not part of the squad that arrived Nigeria on Monday, August 20 as he flew directly to Norway to join up with his club side, FK Haugesund.
Despite playing in all Dream Team VI’s games at Rio 2016, the 22-year-old is ready to go straight away into FK Haugesund’s squad for their next game.
“Good to be back home! Ready for the game Saturday! #FKH,” he wrote on Instagram with a photo of him in FK Haugesund jersey.
FK Haugesund host Brann in the Tippeligaen (Norwegian League) on Saturday, August 27.
