Last Saturday, I went to an all-night party and ended up with serious waist pain, making me realise I’m not 21 anymore.

The contrast between going out in your early 20s versus your late 20s or 30s is striking. Your alcohol tolerance decreases, and your body feels the aftermath more intensely.
