Vinicius Junior did not miss the chance to celebrate Real Madrid's 2-1 El Clasico victory over Barcelona, despite playing no part in the clash at Camp Nou. The Brazilian forward caught the eye with an intriguing social media post, widely seen as a subtle jab at their fierce rivals.
Vinicius shared a post from Real Madrid's official profile to his Instagram Story showing Kylian Mbappe celebrating the win over the Catalans. Alongside the full-time score graphic, the Brazilian added four laughing-crying emojis.
The forward did not stop there. He also reacted to another club post that showed him pointing to the patch commemorating Real Madrid's 15 European Cup triumphs.
Vinicius missed El Clasico while serving a four-match suspension following his red card against Villarreal. Unable to help his teammates on the pitch, the Brazilian still found a way to join in the celebrations following a victory sealed by Kylian Mbappe's brace.
