President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Pinnick is certain that Vincent Enyeama will return to the Super Eagles.
Enyeama and Oliseh during the week clashed at the Hotel Verviers in Belgium where the Super Eagles are based.
The goalkeeper after the clash announced his retirement from the national team after accusing Oliseh of dis-respecting him and travelled back to his base in Lille France.
The goalkeeper was however invited back to Belgium where he had a closed door meeting with the NFF president, Pinnick and vice-presidents Akinwunmi and ShehuDikko.
After the meeting, Pinnick said he is convinced that Enyeama will return to Super Eagles.
"I had a good conversation with him yesterday and I am 100% convinced he will come back to the Super Eagles,” Pinnick is quoted to say by blogger Linda Ikeji.
“He spoke to Oliseh on the phone for over 20 minutes and they were able to resolve some of their issues. In this case Nigeria is the winner."
Pinnick however could not reveal if Enyeama will get the arm band back when he return.
"I don't know. The federation will not be involved in that. It's up to the coach to choose his captain. That's how it's done all over the world. It's the prerogative of the coach," he said.
