Moses withdrew after playing in Chelsea’s 2-0 win over , claiming to have sustained a hamstring injury.
Many doubted the injury claim from the forward and called for an international ban but Chelsea have moved quickly to present a proof.
It is also mandatory by FIFA regulations that clubs send documents to the FAs to back up injury claims
learnt that the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) received the medical report from Chelsea on Monday, October 10.
Watford has also sent a medical report to the NFF for another Premier League star, Isaac Success who withdrew from the game.
NFF first vice president Seyi Akinwunmi has also come out to deny reports that the federation is set to report both Moses and Success to FIFA for withdrawing from the squad.
"There are no plans to report any player to FIFA," Akinwunmi told ESPN FC.
Without both forwards, Nigeria beat Zambia to go on top of Group B in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
