This tool lets you know the seasons for cheap fares to different cities

Timing is very crucial when it comes to saving money on flights. Tickets can be considerably cheaper if you fly to a destination during its non-peak season.

There's a new interactive tool that tells you the cheapest time to fly to different cities around the world.

News outlet Quartz partnered with Hopper to create an interactive tool that tells you when its cheapest to fly to various global destinations.

You simply select the city you will be flying from from the dropdown, and you’ll get a list of places for each season.

For example, from Los Angeles, a few of the cheapest destinations to travel to in Spring season include: Tokyo, New York, and Sydney.
