According to the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), motorists caught driving against traffic will be arrested and prosecuted, Today reports.

“We will prosecute impatient drivers who drive against traffic because the road will be repaired and there will be proper traffic signs.

The FRSC Corps Marshall, has also directed all the commands along this road to ensure that those that drive against traffic on this road are arrested and prosecuted", FRSC said.

This announcement was made by Dr. Kayode Olagunju, the Assistant Corps Marshal in charge of Policy, Research and Statistics.
