Mercedes Team Principal Toto Wolff has stated that Andrea Kimi Antonelli and the unnecessary risks the Italian takes on track are making his hair "turn grey."

The Austrian's comments came after the Spanish Grand Prix, which Antonelli won. The young driver controlled the race in Madrid following a timely virtual safety car, but with just a few laps remaining, he brushed one of the many concrete walls lining the circuit in the Spanish capital.
This incident occurred just a week after the race at Monza, where Antonelli set the fastest lap on the final tour, taking more risks than necessary. These moments of excessive risk-taking are not sitting well with Wolff, whose hair has reportedly started to "turn grey."
"I was just talking to his father (Marco) and we were joking about what an idiot Kimi is. But that's just him. The white lines, we had to drill it into his head that he shouldn't go beyond them. Even at Monza, he kept doing it and risking the car, as well as a penalty. At one point I asked him: 'Can't you see outside the car? Do we need to raise you up so you don't exceed the track limits?' We had a laugh. And today, with six or so laps to go, he asked us to check the car because he had brushed one of the walls. My hair is starting to turn grey. But maybe that's just who he is, and that's what makes him so fast," Wolff explained.
