Toronto Raptors to Retire Kyle Lowry's Number on January 10th

The Toronto Raptors are set to retire Kyle Lowry's No. 7 jersey. The ceremony will take place on January 10th, following their game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Lowry spent nine seasons with the Raptors, establishing himself as one of the most significant players in franchise history. In 2019, he played a pivotal role in leading Toronto to its first-ever NBA championship.

With this honor, Lowry will become only the second player in Raptors history to have his number retired. Vince Carter was the first, with his No. 15 jersey raised to the rafters in November 2024.
