Tonto Rewards Students With Scholarship

The children, who Tonto referred to as exceptional were children who showed academic excellence; coming first, second and third positions in their respective schools.

More than 60 children hung out with the star and were showered with a lot of goodies. Two lucky children won educational scholarships from Tonto:  three year old Oluwajimi Omoba Bayodebot went home with a four year scholarship, while young Ibitayo Adeyemo won a two year scholarship.

Tonto promised to send the kids to the best schools in the country; saying that she had plans for the kids even if the scholarship ran out. The actress was moved to do this after reflecting on her childhood, where her dad rewards his children’s excellence at the end of their academic year. In her opinion, she is following in the path of her father.
